Conditions of Enrolment

Thank you for contributing to a ‘sustainable’ future by completing your child’s enrolment using Hubworks - ENROL HERE.

An advance payment equal to 2-week Gap fee is required and will be held on your account as a bond. If you increase your days over time or your CCS percentage changes, you will be asked to adjust your bond to reflect 2 week's gap fees. An invoice will be issued by our office for this payment, which is to be made before care commences.

You are invited to apply for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) if you haven’t already. This can take up to 28 days to process. CCS will backdate up to 28 days from the day you made your claim. After you have arranged your CCS, you can sign into your MyGov account to confirm & accept your enrolment with Choices Family Day Care. Until your enrolment has been ‘confirmed’, you will be required to pay full fees.

During your child's enrolment, a booking form is to be completed with your Educator. Should you have changes to your booking in the future, a new Booked Care Agreement Form is required.

Once booking forms are finalised and care commences, fees will be paid weekly on Hubworks by direct debit (iPay) on a Monday. This transaction can take several days to appear in your bank account, depending on bank processing times.

Should your child leave care, a 2-week notice period is required in writing using our Child Exit Form. If you receive CCS, and your child/children are not in attendance on their final day, CCS is not claimable, and full fees must be charged unless a medical exemption applies.

Any excess advance payment (bond) will be refunded to you when your children finish care and your final attendance is processed. Please refer to our Choices Service Handbook for further details.
